The Reinhardt College Collegiate Chapter, Naturally Sharp, is a very active chapter.  We currently have 26 members.  During Fall semester, 2008, we sponsored a Fun Day at Reinhardt in which members of the college and surrounding communities were invited to play outdoor games and participate in a raffle and cakewalk.  This served as a fundraiser to help send our members to the Georgia Music Teachers Association State Conference.  There we presented a session titled "A Funny Thing Happened at the GMTA Conference".  Our presentation was a comedy recital of "preposterous proportions" and we had great fun presenting it.  We present an annual comedy recital at Reinhardt to which we charge a small admission fee.

We are service-oriented and this year our service projects include baby-sitting for the Cherokee Music Teachers Association members during their meetings and auditions, participating in the Samaritan's Purse Project, serving refreshments at our members' junior and senior recitals, and performing and visiting with residents at the nursing home.

We plan at least one trip a semester to hear the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra and we attend the GMTA State Conference every year.  Since the MTNA Conference is in Atlanta this year, several of our members will be serving as monitors for the MTNA competitions in order to be able to attend the conference for free.
